Welcome to The Wasteland Never Changes! This rules-lite tabletop RPG is set in a retro-futuristic world where nuclear annihilation has decimated the Earth. The document is a basic framework to get your table easily started on their way into the Wasteland. It follows a “rulings, not rules” ethos.
